Introudction of Soluble Bridge Plug
The Soluble Bridge Plug is a temporary fracture plug which is used for well completion oepration, the Soluble Bridge Plug is made of dissolvable metal and rubber material, and composed with mandrel, trust ring, wedge, element and guide etc.
Operation of the Soluble Bridge Plug
After Soluble Bridge Plug completely set, the shear screws connecting the tension sub to the mandrel shear, releasing the setting tool and adaptor kit from the packer.
When a dissolvable ball of Soluble Bridge Plug is landed on top of the plug after retrieving the setting tool and adaptor kit,frac plug provides zonal isolation for well stimulation. The large bore ID allows operator to produce through the plug while it remains in the wellbore and begins dissolution process immediately following fracturing. Both of the body and element can be dissolved, full bore ID is achieved after complete
dissolution.
